Day 1
Arrival in Tribhuvan International Airport. The representative of Sabila Travels will pick up and transfer you to the hotel, where you will have a welcome drink and do the check-in.

Day 2
Buddhist site tour around Boudha and Pashupatinath
7am Yoga
8:30 Breakfast
Boudha Stupa
Shechen Monastery
Kopan Monastery (lunch there in the cafe with view of Kathmandu)
3pm to 5pm: free time
5pm Meditation
Free time

Day 3
Kathmandu to Patan Durbar Square + Singing Bowls Therapy
7am Yoga
8:30 am Breakfast
9:30 Depart for Patan for singing bowls therapy
Visit Patan Art City, Durbar Square and around
5pm Meditation
Free time

Days 4
Kathmandu to Swoyambhu and Thamel + Tibetan Doctor
7am Yoga
8:30 am Breakfast
11am: Tibetan Doctor
Lunch in BIA Cafe and visit of SOH
Swoyambunath Stupa
5pm Meditation
Free time

Day 5
Kathmandu to Namo Buddha
7am Yoga
8:30 am Breakfast
Depart for Namo Buddha
Namo Buddha Golden Temple and around Namo Buddha
Lunch in Namo Buddha with incredible views
On the way back, we stop to taste the best lassi in Kathmandu
5pm Meditation
Free time

Day 6
Kathmandu to Pharping
7am Yoga
8:30 am Breakfast
9:30 Depart for Pharping
Manjushri Place
Guru Rinpoche Cave
Vajrayogini Temple
Visit the Black Stupa where are the reliques from the 1st Karmapa
Meditation in Pharping

Day 7
7am Yoga
8:30 am Breakfast
Free day (if you want to explore, we can manage activities for you)

METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Price for single occupancy: 1090 USD
Price for double occupancy: 1390 USD
For groups of 10 people or more, please contact us for a quotation.

TRAVEL INFORMATION:
VISA: You can apply for the visa at the airport, for 15 days, it will cost 30 USD. We recommend you to bring extra photos (passport size) along with other travel documents. You need to pay in US dollars at the airport.
MONEY EXCHANGE: We would recommend changing outside airport (we will guide you if you need help.)
SIM CARD: You can buy at the airport or many other places in the city.
TRANSPORTATION: private vehicle.
FOOD: Not included
This price include airport transfer + the guide + all transportation in Nepal + accommodation+ yoga + meditation + 1 massage + entry tickets in all sites visited.
